We are asking all patients scheduling an appointment on a Saturday to pay a $25 per person confirmation deposit. Patients that come for their scheduled appointment will be reimbursed at their visit, or if they prefer, we will apply the $25 to copays or any materials or services purchased on the date of service. We request our patients to contact us by telephone no later than 24 hours before the appointment if they need to cancel it.
This policy applies only to appointments on Saturdays.
